In their annual “Honor a Hero” fundraiser benefiting The Heroes’ Fund, locally-based CTI Restaurants has raised $20,700 at their 11 Taco Bell locations and their Uno’s restaurant located in West Chester. “This is the largest amount we’ve ever raised through fundraisers at our restaurants and we’re thrilled to be able to do this for those who have risked their lives serving our country,” said Becky Wilber, President of CTI Restaurants.
The Heroes’ Fund provides one-time emergency financial aid to combat-zone veterans and their families in Butler, Hamilton and Warren counties. Since its inception, The Heroes’ Fund has granted over $140,000 to over 60 veterans in need. Chairman of The Heroes’ Fund, Bill Lack, said, “The Heroes’ Fund cannot say “thank you” loud enough or often enough to Becky and Todd Wilber and the staff and customers of CTI Restaurants. This will allow us to do so much to help combat-zone veterans in Butler, Hamilton and Warren counties.” HeroesFundOH.com
Liberty Center Wins Global Design Award
Liberty Center, the $350 million mixed-use complex, was honored with commendation in the New Development Category from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) 2017 Annual Global Awards for U.S. Design and Development. February is Pet Dental Health Month
The key to your pet’s long and healthy life is a healthy body and immune system. A healthy mouth leads to a long, happy life. It is far greater to prevent oral disease than to ‘treat’ oral disease, such as pain, infection and tooth loss (less costly as well). A thorough yearly oral exam will help keep you informed of your pet’s dental health. Visit Animal Hospital of West Chester for special dental offers during the month of February.
