Home sweet home.

Home. It means different things to each of us. For some, it’s a relaxing place to unwind and escape at the end of a long day. For others, we look around our home and see only the things that need to be fixed: piles of disorganized clutter, half-finished projects, outdated décor and spaces that need a thorough cleaning. I definitely…

Kitchen Trends

“How did everybody end up in my kitchen?” reads a small sign in the showroom of Neal’s Design Remodel. Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!

Most of us remember our high school proms with fond memories of sparkly dresses, big hair, awkward photos and plenty of bad dance moves. Center Pointe Christian Church in West Chester opens Cinderella’s…

Go Green

Chemical-based cleaners can cause skin irritations and rashes, dry and cracking hands and fingers and have even been known to induce asthma, especially in young children. Many top-selling brands that fill store shelves include chemicals that just aren’t safe for our environment or bodies. Many labels seem designed to mislead consumers. Navigating the world of eco-friendly products can be confusing.…

In our homes, it’s the floors that suffer. Upgrading your floors can breathe new life into your home by providing protection and comfort to…

Roots & Branches

Home is where our story starts. I remember playing house when I was a little girl. I started in a fort made of blankets. Mamaw and Papaw’s living room was my kingdom and I was the Queen. As I grew, I moved in to a treehouse. Escaping into the ladder of branches, I settled in between two large limbs under…
