Following a festive district-wide kick-off, staff at Lakota Local Schools welcomed back students in a very unique way, following Superintendent Matthew Miller’s encouraging words to spend the first two days strictly on relationship-building. The first day was also underlined by a photo contest that swept social media under the district hashtag #WEareLakota.
